Terms of service
*Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final.
*Shipping for regular orders is 5-7 business days.
*Turnaround time for custom orders is 3-5 weeks from the payment date.
*The price of items does not include shipping.
*All items are handmade; minor imperfections are possible and may have slight color variations.
*Care instructions are included with each item, either indicated on a care card or the bottom of the item.
*The seller is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, lost, or stolen packages.
*Due to the nature of my products, returns are not accepted
*Price for items is calculated by products/solutions used and time spent on the item made, not per image design. The actual image/sticker is free with the purchase of the product.
*Items on sale are "as-is", and sales are final.
For Snow Globe cups and tumblers.
*Snow globe cups are made with a non-edible liquid with added pigments and/or glitter. If the cup becomes damaged, it should be discarded immediately.
*Glow glitters glow longer and brighter when exposed to UV/black lights.
*Liquid evaporation is expected over time. As the liquid evaporates, all snow globe cups develop a bubble. The evaporation rate will vary depending on the solution and temperatures the cup is exposed to.
For fake ice lids.
*Fake ice lids are made with UV resin. UV resin is not food-safe. Never place fake ice lids into the mouth. Use the cup with a lid and straw.
*Fake ice lids should be kept dry and only cleaned with a damp cloth. Never submerge the fake ice lid. Not dishwasher safe.
*Decorative parts added to the fake ice lid may be handmade using resin/clay and are delicate. If dropped or banged, they may be damaged. The seller is not responsible for damage caused after the item is received.
*Liquid evaporation is expected over time. As the liquid evaporates, all snow globe cups develop a bubble. The evaporation rate will vary depending on the solution and temperatures the cup is exposed to.
*All acrylic cups can develop stress fractures around the top rim area. This is a flaw in acrylic cups. There is no way to know which cups this will happen to. The Crafty Gleim is a third party vendor and not responsible for loss or damage from this happening.
*Snow globe kits come with the items listed under “kit includes” any other needed material is not included. The items included in the kits is the amount needed to make each design. Crafters choice may mean some ice or charms are left over.
The Crafty Gleim is not responsible for replacing any items from a kit once the kit is received.
*Most charms and any teamed or glittered ice are handmade. Colors may vary and slight imperfections may occur.
*The amount of glitter in each different kit design may vary depending on the look of the kit.
