Shipping policy

Late April through September, shipping times may vary slightly due to camping and summer activities. Orders will ship within 5–7 business days after being placed.

If multiple orders are placed before the first has shipped, I will do my best to combine shipping and refund any overage.

Please note: my daughter is medically complex. In the event that she becomes ill and requires hospitalization, I will provide updates on my Facebook and TikTok pages (both under The Crafty Gleim).

If shipping times are expected to exceed the 5–7 business day window, I will contact you via email to arrange delayed shipping or offer a full refund.
