Happy Accidents
Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned—and sometimes the result is still beautiful! These items may have a small cosmetic flaw, slight imperfection, color variation, minor crafting mishap, or another little quirk that keeps them from being sold at regular price.

Any known issue will be explained in the individual item description, so please read it carefully before purchasing.

Example & Unfinished Cups
Some cups were created as examples, demonstrations, or test cups and were never completely finished. Unless the individual listing states otherwise, these cups may:

• Have no finished/decorated lid
• Have no UV DTF wrap or other exterior design
• Have a basic seal over the bottom fill plug only

These cups are a great option if you want to add your own finishing touches!

Handmade items may also naturally have minor imperfections that do not affect their overall beauty or function.

🥤 Snow Globe Cup Care

• Hand wash only with mild soap and a soft cloth or sponge.
• Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave.
• Do not soak or submerge for extended periods.
• Avoid extreme heat, freezing temperatures, and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Do not leave in a hot vehicle.
• Do not drop, bang, or roughly handle the cup. Acrylic can crack or become damaged from impact.
• Remove silicone rings and removable lid pieces when appropriate and wash them separately.
• Wipe decorative lids, charms, and resin details gently with a soft damp cloth.
• Glitter and other materials inside snow globe cups may naturally settle. Gently shake or rotate the cup to redistribute them.
• Temperature changes can cause the liquids inside a snow globe cup to expand or contract. Store at normal room temperature whenever possible.

✨ Resin Items & Pen Care

• Resin items are handmade and should be handled with care.
• Do not expose resin to extreme heat or prolonged direct sunlight.
• Do not soak or use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Do not drop, bang, bend, or place heavy objects on resin pieces. Resin can crack, chip, or break from impact.
• Keep pens and small resin pieces away from young children and pets.
• Never place pens, beads, charms, or resin pieces in your mouth.
• Pens may be refillable when stated in the individual product listing.
